What CPA firms send us
- Client write-up and bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, Xero and other ledgers.
- Monthly and quarterly close for client entities, with a reconciled trial balance and flux review.
- Year-end schedules that make tax preparation faster.
- Business tax returns prepared in your software for your review, signature and filing.
- Audit and review support: lead schedules, tie-outs, PBC tracking and draft financial statements.
How the work fits your firm
Your firm owns the client. We work through your firm’s access, write your preferences into SOPs and per-client checklists, train the team on them and deliver to your reviewers. Clients do not need to know our team’s names unless you want them to contact us directly for documents.
The largest firms have done this for years through their own delivery centres in India. The Hub gives firms outside the top ten the same model without building one: why we built the Hub.
White-label support
If you prefer, we work entirely under your firm’s brand. Our team uses your firm’s email addresses or portal, and your templates, and your clients deal only with your firm. A dedicated team aligned to your firm learns your checklists and client base, and confidentiality agreements cover both your firm and your clients. Many firms use us this way for bookkeeping, write-up, close and audit and review support across their whole client base.
Working hours
Our US team works 3pm to midnight India time. That is about 5:30am to 2:30pm US Eastern during daylight saving time, so you get about five hours of live overlap each morning, and West Coast firms get the first couple of hours of their day. Files you send after we sign off are picked up at the start of the next shift.
Pricing
Most CPA firms pay a fixed monthly fee per client file. Overflow work can be billed per chargeable hour from USD 12, and a dedicated team member starts at USD 600 a month. See pricing.
