- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Basic usage data collected by analytics tools, such as pages visited and device type, where analytics is enabled.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls, provide services you engage us for, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings accounts. Zoho acts as our service provider.
Client data in engagements
Data we handle for clients during an engagement is governed by the engagement letter and the confidentiality terms in it, not by this website policy. See security and confidentiality.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing offshoreaccountinghub@prolead.services. We reply within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, 2012 where they apply.
