Documented work, consistent results
Every engagement runs on three layers of documentation: standard operating procedures for each process (how we do a bank reconciliation, a close or a PBC list), per-client checklists that capture your firm’s and each client’s preferences, and training manuals for each service that new team members learn from before they touch a file. When a review note changes how something is done, we update the SOP or checklist the same week. This is what keeps the work consistent month after month and lets a new team member pick up a file without a drop in quality.
