How the 90 days run
| Days | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1–30 | Set up and test | Scope call, NDA and access, test batch of one or two files, SOPs and checklists agreed |
| 31–60 | Run the cycle | A full monthly cycle on live files, reviews every two weeks |
| 61–90 | Decide | Scorecard on quality, turnaround and responsiveness, then your decision and, if you continue, a new contract with service levels |
