What to test in a 90-day outsourcing pilot

Quick answer

A pilot should test the work you actually plan to send, against targets agreed in advance. Score five things: quality (review notes per file), turnaround (files on time), responsiveness (answers during overlap hours), security (access and data handling) and cost per finished file. Decide at day 90 on the evidence.
