Pricing

Offshore accounting pricing

Quick answer

We offer three pricing models. Most firms pay a fixed monthly fee per client file, quoted on transaction volume and complexity. Overflow and irregular work is billed per chargeable hour from USD 12, monthly for the hours actually worked. A dedicated team member starts at USD 600 a month. Every model includes senior review and an engagement manager, with no setup fee.

These are starting prices. The actual fee depends on scope and is agreed case by case before work starts.

Paying per client file means you know what each client costs you every month. It also means our efficiency is our problem: if we get faster, your price does not go up.

What is always included

  • Senior review of every file before it reaches you.
  • An engagement manager as your point of contact.
  • Written checklists for each client, kept up to date.
  • Named logins and access removed when the engagement ends.

Tax returns

US business tax returns are quoted as a fixed fee per return, based on the entity type, the number of states and how ready the books are. See US business tax returns.

Not included

Audit opinions, software licences and any work outside the agreed scope, which we quote before starting.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you recommend pricing per client file?
It gives your firm a predictable cost for each client, which makes it easy to price your own services and see the margin on each client. It also puts the efficiency risk on us, not you.
How do you work out a per-client-file quote?
From monthly transaction volume, number of bank and card accounts, entities, the services in scope (bookkeeping, close, reporting), the state of the books and turnaround times. We usually price after looking at one or two months of data.
How does hourly billing work?
We bill monthly in arrears for the chargeable hours actually worked, from USD 12 an hour depending on the work and the seniority it needs. There is no prepayment and no minimum block. Timesheets are available for every invoice.
What does a dedicated team member cost?
From USD 600 a month. The price depends on the role and experience you need, for example a bookkeeper or a senior accountant.
Do Singapore clients pay in Singapore dollars?
Yes. Singapore practices and companies are quoted in Singapore dollars and invoiced from our local Singapore entity.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fee. Most firms start with a 90-day pilot, billed as a fixed monthly fee agreed upfront, with no notice period. If you continue, a separate contract sets out the service levels, pricing and notice terms for the ongoing work.
Are software licences included?
No. Your firm or your client keeps paying for its own ledger and tools. We work with named user logins in them.
